Shipping Policy

Les produits doivent être retournés avec emballage et étiquette d’origine dans un délai de 7 jours à compter de la réception, sous peine de ne pas être validés conformes par notre équipe technique. Les retours sont à vos frais. 

Bien noté sur la facture lors du retour si c'est un remboursement ou un changement pour un problème tier. (Ex. Produit arrivé dans mauvais état et vous souhaitez une nouvelle box en remplacement)

Products must be returned with their original packaging and labels within 7 days of receipt; otherwise, they may not be approved as compliant by our technical team. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Please indicate clearly on the return invoice whether it is for a refund or an exchange due to a specific issue (e.g., the product arrived in poor condition and you wish to receive a replacement box).
